Therapy Integration
Psychological support to help you process, understand and integrate experiences following psychedelic experiences or psychedelic-assisted therapy.
What Is Integration
Making sense of
what emerged
Psychedelic experiences can bring up profound emotions, memories, insights and shifts in perspective. Integration is the process of making sense of these experiences and exploring how they might be meaningfully incorporated into everyday life.
I provide psychological support for people who have undertaken psychedelic experiences or psychedelic-assisted therapy and want a safe, clinically informed space to process and integrate what emerged.
A Clinically Informed Space
Sessions draw on the same somatic, depth-oriented and psychological approach used throughout my practice, adapted to help you work with what surfaced: difficult emotions, unexpected memories, or a shift in how you see yourself or your life.
Whether you're preparing for an upcoming experience or processing one that has already happened, we work at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
